The Talaria Sting R L1E Road Legal is designed for riders looking for a capable and refined electric motorcycle that’s fully suited to road use. It features an all-new air-cooled motor with a 3.5kW nominal output, restricted in line with EU L1E regulations, while still delivering a 33% increase in power over the original Sting. Combined with noticeably quicker acceleration, this makes the Sting R L1E an ideal electric road-going cruiser.
More Power, More Performance
At its core, the Sting R L1E is powered by a newly developed air-cooled motor, tuned specifically to meet EU road-legal requirements. The increase in power over the original Sting translates into sharper acceleration and a smooth, confident riding experience suited to everyday road use.
Upgraded Battery
To support the increased performance, the Sting R L1E features a larger battery with an 18% capacity increase from 38 Ah to 45 Ah. The 2.7 kW battery improves acceleration and top speed while also delivering an extended riding range. Charging efficiency has been improved as well, with a 25% reduction in charging time, allowing a full 0–100% charge in just 3 hours.
Built for the Ride
A rigid frame and swingarm are combined with an upgraded suspension system, offering a wider range of preload and rebound adjustment. This setup provides improved stability and control, while a newly designed, more comfortable seat makes longer rides more enjoyable and less tiring.
